In the face of layoffs, delays, and the continued push of AI, 2025 managed to be an all-time great year for video games. Whether it was Blue Prince, Expedition 33, or Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, we saw multiple studios push to redefine their respective genres. On top of that, we saw long-awaited games like Hades 2 and Hollow Knight: Silksong not only be released but also somehow exceed expectations. With all of that, how can 2026 compete? Does this year look to be the classic “down year”? Not a chance! Whether it’s Resident Evil 9, GTA 6, or a number of rumored titles yet to be announced (HALF LIFE 3?!?!), 2026 only looks to keep the hype train rolling.
And for anyone new to the site, first off, thanks for stopping by. How things work is simple. You click on a month, and you’ll be taken away to another page that features what I believe are the biggest games coming out for that month. Each game will be attached to the game’s trailer, but as these games start to release, you can (hopefully) expect a Review Round Up for each and every game featured for the month. Review Round Ups include trailers, gameplay, and reviews from multiple sites, all meant to help you, YES YOU, decide if a game is right for you. And… that’s it. It’s a calendar, I’m not sure there’s much that needs to be explained.
