Some weeks Mr. Playstation unleashes everything he has and fills the PSN with so many new releases and fantastic deals. This not one of those weeks. Hey, they can’t all be winners, but just think of it as a chance to save up some money for God of War which comes out on April 20. So just take this week to mean 4/20 SAVE IT… get it? Instead of the drug… stuff. Never mind!

Owlboy ($20.00)

Like any classic indie game, it seems like I’ve known about Owlboy since the N64 days, but that long development cycle was well worth it. Owlboy is a beautiful, 2D platformer that will make any fan of the old school genre cry with joy. It’s been a great year for indie titles, and though Owlboy came out on the PC back in 2016 and the Nintendo Switch a few weeks ago, Owlboy is still the “newest” indie sensation to come to the PS4 and I for one can’t wait to play it.
