Mr. PlayStation has heard your cries. What the people of PlayStation City demand is the Borderlands collection on sale… AGAIN. Just kidding. Actually, I’m not, but I’m not talking about that game anymore. If you haven’t bought that game by now, you’re never picking it up. ANYWAYS, as the kids say, there are some real bangers and mash inside the PSN Store today. Hope you’ve been pinching your pennies because it’s time to start spending them.
New Releases
Detroit: Become Human ($59.99)
Responsible for Indigo Prophecy, my favorite game of all-time, Quantic Dream appears to be back and better than ever with Detroit: Become Human, a title about robots and what it means to truly be human… like West World, but not.
Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon ($??.??)
Not to be confused with the upcoming Bloodstained: Ritual of The Night, Curse of the Moon was actually one of the Kickstarter stretch goals for the previously mentioned game’s campaign. I personally don’t have much history with Castlevania style games, but Curse of the Moon appears to be the perfect game for any longtime fan that is desperate to get their hands on a new 8-bit Castlevania title.
Dark Souls: Remastered ($39.99)
Dark Souls Remastered is the Dark Souls of video game remasters… but in all seriousness, if you’ve somehow never played the original Dark Souls, for a $40 price point, it would be silly not to jump in. Other than Bloodborne, this is my favorite entry in the “Souls” series and the fact that it’s now on the PS4 is just phenomenal.
