The Biggest Releases April
Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid (April 2)
Sometimes even a “budget” game can be considered a big release. Granted, it helps when it has one of the biggest licenses in the world is attached to said game, its still impressive. Power Rangers looks like a basic fighting game that, based off of a couple reviews, is missing some features that basic fighting games seem to feature. For $20 though, a game that lets me play as the Green Ranger and punch Goldar in the face is probably good enough for a life long fan of the series to overlook a few mis-steps.
Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy (April 9)
I’m a simple person. I like my eggs scrambled, I like my water clear, and I like to only own one console, but because of that, it feels like I’ve gone my entire life watching Phoenix Wright games get released on consoles I don’t own and to that I say, “OBJECTION!”
World War Z (April 16)
World War Z is an interesting multiplayer zombie game that tries its best to impress players with the number of enemies that it can fit on the screen at once. Will it succeed at its hopes to impress? Only time will tell.
Mortal Kombat 11 (april 23)
As far as I’m concerned, while Days Gone is the most intriguing game coming out this month, Mortal Kombat 11 is the most anticipated. Since the series relaunch with MK9, NetherRealm has been firing on all cylinders, releasing one great game after another and with everything that’s been shown off so far, Mortal Kombat 11 looks to be continuing that trend.
Days Gone (April 26)
Days Gone is an interesting single player zombie game that tries its best to impress players with the number of enemies that it can fit on the screen at once. Will it succeed at its hopes to impress? Only time will tell… wait, what?
