Every week I take the hype train to the PlayStation store and see what Sony is offering up and this week is a doozy. We’ve got remasters, we’ve got new games, and we’ve got sales. Sure, we have these things every week, but this week is different… for reasons. JUST READ THE ARTICLE AND BUY SOME GAMES.
Burnout Paradise Remastered ($39.99)
Coming out this Friday, fans will see the return of the Burnout series… kind of. It’s a remaster, but at least it’s something. Fans have been clamoring for something Burnout related for years and finally, the great company of EA, famous for pleasing the fans, is delivering. You’re welcome internet!
The Council Ep.1: The Mad Ones ($6.99)
I love episodic games and I love games that feature George Washington. The developers of The Council are making the claim that many developers of episodic games make and that this series is going to offer choices to players that actually matter. On top of multiple choices, The Council also offers an interesting addition to the genre by allowing players to choose 1 of 3 different play styles for the main character. At $7, The Council does run a little high on the episodic price but as I’ve stated, GEORGE WASHINGTON.
Devil May Cry HD Collection ($29.99)
I’ve never really understood the love for Devil May Cry, but then again, Indigo Prophecy is my favorite game of all-time, so who am I to judge.
Deals of The Week!!!
Usually, there are a few games that are on sale and I do my best to let you fine people know what to get, but this week PlayStation got the power bill and now, EVERYTHING IS ON SALE. Seriously, there’s a Capcom Sale and some weird The Great Indoors Sale that is basically everything that isn’t included in the Capcom Sale. Obviously, I’m not going to list everything on sale, but I will do my best to list some of the games that I think are must get.
Everybody’s Golf ($15.99)
Jak and Daxter Bundle ($19.99)
Mass Effect Andromeda ($13.19)
Don’t look at me like that! I promise this is good and worth the money.
Resident Evil 0,1,4,5,6,& Code Veronica($7.99)
*Sold separately. Obviously!
Resident Evil 7 biohazard ($22.49)
2017’s Game of The Year… according to me. If by some chance, you missed out on one of the best horror games of the generation, I want you to go to your PS4, turn it on, and buy this game. I promise, if you ever take my advice, this is the one time you won’t be disappointed in my opinion.
Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen ($17.99)
You know how all the young kids think it’s amazing that Link can climb on everything in Breath of The Wild? Well, Dragon’s Dogma was doing it long before Nintendo decided to make good Zelda games again. Seriously though, Dragon’s Dogma is an awesome game that no one played. If you missed out on this one, pick it up! What else are you gonna do, go outside? HA! JOCK!
[…] Tuesday comes and with it comes more reason for me to spend my money. The deals on the PSN are the same as last week, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t exciting new releases coming to the PSN this […]
